This colour shows the path that everyone starts at and the level that everyone can go at a normal athletic pace.

This colour shows the path of an advanced athlete. It is not for everyone but when children take this path they usuallly end up the better gymnast, especially when they mix back in with normal athletes.

This colour shows the path that gymnast will follow if they do not take the advanced path and decide to go at a normal development pace.
