STRENGTHS:
~ Commitment - From day one I knew that I was going to do everything that I can do to be the best, excel in my sport, and achieve every goal that I have set out.
~ Full Focus - for the performance I can zone everything out. In the moment it is nothing but myself and the beam. I am always ready to learn and get improvement on things. When in a competition I let the my mind shut off and just let my body perform what it is meant to do.
~Positive Image - I always dream big dreams or go home and I do anything and everything to achieve those dreams. To follow those dreams I make a plan and set goals. I make corrections when needed and have started to enhance my confidence.
~Mental Readiness - I plan, practice and prepare for every moment and goal ahead. I perform to the best of abilities and always get in that "zone".
~Distraction Control - Whenever I get distracted I can regain my focus.I consistently train and perform at a high level and never slack off. I stick to the planned work towards the goals.
~Constructive Evaluation - I am always reflecting on what I did well and what I can improve. I can pin piont the areas for/of improvement and find a way to attack them.

AREAS OF IMPROVEMENTS:
~ Belief/Self Confidence - I have difficulty believing that I am good, that I have the potential and that I should be confident. When I was young I was always told that I would never be worth the time so it really took a toll on me but now that I have changed gym clubs, my coach has really helped. He tells me eveyday to be proud of where I have gotten and who I have become. It is helping and it is getting better.
~ Mental Readiness - I have a backwards mental block that I have been working very hard at getting over. It has improved 110% since last year and I am proud but I still have a long way to go.
~ Distraction Control - Because of my mental block it is hard sometimes to go and get into the zone right away. I cannot go at the same time as other people while on the beam or doing vault because it distracts me and is not helpful with my mental block. I have gotten better on beam as i can go when other people go as long as it is not in the same direction as me. I still need to work on improving my vault.
