My Diet
STRENGTH OF MY DIET
~ I do not skip meals
~ I eat multiple times a day do help increase my metabolism
~ I eat good fats like avocados
~ I drink a lot of water and little juice and no pop
~ I love all fruits and vegetables ( they are good as they give me all the nutrients that I need and are good to eat when I am feeling like a snack)
~ Meat is not my favourite but it is a good thing so that I do not eat more protein than needed
~ After practices when I know that I will not be eating for a while I will drink a chocolate milk
~ I have a glass of milk every day at dinner
~ I have a cup of green tea every morning to help with my metabolism
ITEMS TO IMPROVE
~ Stop eating cookies
~ Learn the difference between when I am hungry or when I am thirsty
~ Learn to drink less hot chocolate
